22 Temmuz 1976 tarihinde doğdu, 1999 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinden mezun oldu. 2000 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Anabilim Dalında uzmanlık eğitimine başlayan Dr. Alper Bayraktar uzmanlık eğitimi süresince sayısız rekonstrüktif ve el cerrahisi operasyonuna katıldı ve yaptı. Uzmanlık eğitiminin ardından kariyerine çeşitli özel hastanelerde branşında başarılı ameliyatlar yaparak devam etti. Özellikle estetik meme ameliyatı, estetik burun ameliyatı, el cerrahisi, mikrocerrahi ve maksillofacial / çene cerrahisi konularında uzmanlığını geliştirdi. Halen Bursa Estetik Plastik-Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Merkezinde özel merkezinde Plastik Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi Uzmanı olarak çalışmaktadır.
