Dr Ferşat Muhacir Tahran, İran’da 14 Nisan 1967 yılında dünyaya geldi. İlk ve orta öğretim eğitimini Ankara’da bitirdikten sonra Çukurova Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesine 1986’da girdi ve 1992’de mezun oldu. 1993’te 19 Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göz kliniğinde asistan olarak göreve başladı, 1996’de 6 ay süre ile Gazi Üniversitesi Göz kliniğinde eğitim gördükten sonra 1997’de Göz Hastalıkları Uzmanlığını aldı.
