Hakan Doğanay, 2003 yılında AHD Saç Ekim Merkezini kurdu. Saç ekimine FUT yöntemiyle başladı, 2005 yılından itibaren FUE yöntemine geçti. 2010 yılından sonra DHI ve implanter pen tekniğine ağırlık verdi. Bugün saç ekimi planlarında doğal saç çizgisi, doğru greft yönü ve donör alan yönetimi üzerinde durur.
