Finding Addiction Treatment with High Intensity MrgFUS

I want to get High Intensity MrgFUS for my sex addiction as it causes a moevent disorder in my sleep, extreme anxiety, depression, and lots of ocd like symptoms. It needs to be high intensity focused ultra sound, this is off label as this has been used before for addictions before and been super effective but it is not consider fda approved in america, they are experimenting wiht it for ocd and depression though. I have done many things to try and get over this addiction and this sleep/movement
