My Experience Looking Into the Gastric Balloon
I’ve been reading more about the gastric balloon recently and it seems like an interesting middle ground between diet programs and weight loss surgery. What caught my attention is that it doesn’t require major surgery and the balloon is temporary. At the same time, it still seems to require a serious change in eating habits to get a good result. The first few days can apparently be uncomfortable for some people, especially with nausea and stomach cramps. Overall, it looks less invasive than surgical options, but definitely not something I’d treat as an easy shortcut.
