AdventHealth Orlando, formerly Florida Hospital Orlando, has served Florida since 1908 and operates as part of a Central Florida network of 18 hospitals and more than 100 extended service locations. The hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and organizes care through a set of institutes and service lines: a Cancer Institute spanning medical, radiation and surgical oncology; a Heart, Lung and Vascular Institute; a Neuroscience Institute covering minimally invasive brain surgery, spine disorders, epilepsy and stroke; an Orthopedic Institute; a Transplant Institute with a comprehensive donor program; a Diabetes Institute; and digestive care, women's care, men's care and senior care programs. Pediatric services run through AdventHealth for Children, whose Walt Disney Pavilion hospital in Orlando is supported by more than 250 pediatric specialists across 35 specialties. On-campus amenities include three free parking garages, two pharmacies, a chapel, an outdoor healing garden, the Eden Spa and the AdventHealth Wellness Center Orlando.
