Memorial Regional Hospital is the flagship facility of Memorial Healthcare System and one of the largest hospitals in Florida. Located in Hollywood, it houses a Level I trauma center, the Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute, the Memorial Cancer Institute — which treats more inpatients than any other in Broward County — the Memorial Neuroscience Institute, and the Dr. Henry D. Perry Family Birthplace labor and delivery unit. Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital sits across the street, connected by skyway for transfers to its Level IV neonatal intensive care unit.
